Pages in the "active" section of the menu without links

Hello, dear ones!

We have: a menu item that leads to a page with a view (there are many objects there, a lot) and each of the objects has its own page with detailed descriptions and a gallery. In Structure - Content Types, the required type has been created. In the menu settings for this content type, I check the box for the necessary menu, select the appropriate parent item by default, after which the option to create a link in the selected menu appears; then the parent (required) item is highlighted. If I do not create a link, the item is not highlighted, so why choose it at all in the content type settings? If I do not check the box in the menu selection, similarly, the parent element remains unhighlighted. Nothing new is added to the styles of the list items, it remains class=leaf.

What I need:

is for the parent menu item to be highlighted when I am on one of the "object" pages + I also want the name of the parent section to appear in the breadcrumbs. This menu item should not expand, unlike the neighboring ones!

How can I properly solve this task or what am I doing wrong?

I would be extremely grateful for any advice.
