Hello,  I have a question. I'm creating a psychological testing website using the Webforms module. Can you tell me how to process the submit results? Is it only possible with PHP code, or does the module provide a solution? For example, when a user clicks on a specific radio button, they should see the corresponding response after clicking the submit button.
