Please help me with creating a social network!

Hello, please help me with creating a social network. I just can't understand it, I have so many questions,

my old engine that I learned on was DLE and here everything is different.

Questions:

1) How do I set up email (For example, I have the domain www.soclife.kz, but how do I create an email @soclife.kz???? I just can't figure this out)

2) How can I design it to at least look like a social network design?

3) How do I make my profile my page, like in social networks?

4) How can I enable users to befriend each other, like a "add as friend" button??

PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS, I BEG YOU, I REALLY NEED TO CREATE A SOCIAL NETWORK! THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!
