Automatically adding attributes when creating a product and filter in Ubercart

Hello, comrades!

I have a question about attributes in Ubercart.
I need the attributes that I specify in the product type to be automatically inserted when creating a product. For example, for the type Shovel (handle length, width, type of shovel) and Watering Can (volume, number of holes, material). The main idea is to save myself from the hassle of adding the necessary attributes for each product.

Is there such a module?

Also, I have another question. How can I create a filter for active (enabled in the product - for example, if there are 7 terms and only 3 are active) attributes?
