Email confirmation

Hello! I really need help!

I have created a form for filling out in the Content Type, and I need to add a Send for Approval button to the previously selected email field in the form.

After clicking this functional button, an email will be sent to a specific address with a notification (with a predefined text) + all the information that was filled out when creating the form + a link to the site + a Yes/No button (to confirm the request or not). After that, the status of the form (form for filling out in the Content Type ) will appear on the site indicating whether this form has been confirmed via email. Additionally, the person (registered user) who filled out the form and sent the email for confirmation should also receive a response notification about how the request was reacted to (Yes/No).

For all of this, I used the flag module (using this info http://www.druplicity.com/content/email-confirmation-anonymous-content-through-rules-and-flag)

but unfortunately, I can't get the confirmation through email to work as needed, nor the response notification....

Maybe someone knows a standard solution to this problem? Perhaps using other modules?
