How to display filtering and sorting of views in separate blocks.

Hello. There is a problem. I created a view in the form of a page. I expanded the filtering by taxonomy field and displayed this filter in a block. I placed the block in the right column. Everything is fine so far. I decided to add sorting by rating - but here’s the issue: when users expand the sorting options, it also appears in the right column within the filter block. How can I position the sorting at the top of the page? That is, sorting at the top of the list, and filtering in the block on the right.
