CKEditor Settings

The situation is as follows. I go to edit a node
and when editing text in the BODY field, only HTML code appears.
Although the buttons for selecting Filtered and Full HTML are present below.
Earlier, CKEditor worked fine with the Office 2003 theme and the One Load module was working.
Below, the visual layout of the table changed:
   Menu settings
   Revision information
   Address settings
   Comment settings
   Author information
   Publishing settings
Previously, you had to click each one to open it for editing, but now everything is expanded.

I've been struggling for a week.
I've changed settings, removed modules, installed new ones.
What should I do?
