Transfer of the website from one hosting to another, loss of the homepage.

Good day. Please help me understand what I am doing wrong. The site (consultingac.ru) is hosted on bluehost.com. I create a backup using the backup module and transfer it to my local site on xampp, denver, or wamp, but I see the same issue each time. I also transferred it to hostline.ru and encountered the same problems as on my local setup. I have installed all the modules. Images, panels, and views are disappearing from the homepage. Can you advise me on what needs to be done to successfully transfer it? I have installed the driver hands.sys Смеюсь
