Creating an educational portal using cloud storage.

Good evening! Dear colleagues! I need a small idea and some suggestions regarding the development of a small project (thesis). I need to create an educational portal using cloud technologies. I was thinking of using Microsoft Azure as cloud hosting and service, and installing Drupal 7 to create a small portal for students and teachers. One of the problems I'm facing is that I can't figure out how to create individual pages for each user. Additionally, when uploading files, I would like them to be stored on cloud services like Google Drive, Dropbox, Yandex Disk, or SkyDrive. For example, there is a plugin on WordPress, https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-drive-wp-media/, that makes this easy. However, WordPress isn't quite suitable for creating the portal. If you have any other ideas or suggestions, please let me know! Thank you!
